Getting Placed In Huawei Technologies

This blog contains everything you need to know for getting placed in Huawei. The test questions and rounds involved with interview are explained from direct experience. A fully 'prepared' candidate can easily get placed in Huawei. This blog is written after finding the fact that no useful single articles are available in the Internet regarding Huawei placement pprocedure. I had to Google several times before finding something to prepare before my test for Huawei. I was able to clear their aptitude test with only 4 days of preparation but I couldn't get in through the other rounds. I couldn't get through the next levels because I wasn't aware how to prepare for it completely. I don't want this to happen to anybody else who really want a career there( I didn't want one actually). In this blog you'll find what were the questions that made people trip, what books to refer before you go for Huawei test and how to prepare for the technical interviews.

Following are the stages in Huawei Placement.

1. Huawei Aptitude and Technical Awareness Test (1 hr)

2. Technical Interview 1 Face-To-Face

3. Technical Interview 2 Face-To-Face

4. HR Round Face-To-Face ( final round)

Cracking Huawei Aptitude and Technical Awareness Questions and Answers

You wont find and exact list of huawei questions and answers asked but once you get the patter and sources from where you have to prepare you can easily get through it. The Huawei Aptitude test is of 1 hr duration. There will be 40 questions in total.

First 20 Huawei Questions - From 'General Aptitude' : This will be on general aptitude. You shouldn't prepare from the common book R.S. Agarwal's 'Quantative Aptitude'. The Huawei Aptitude test questions are selected from 'Summers Puzzles' . You can find some easy questions here and there and if you are an average perfomer you can solve them. Don't waste your time on solving complex questions and missing the 2nd section of the Aptitude test. If you want to get an outstanding result for the Aptitude then study 'Summers Puzzles' thoroughly.

Next 20 Huawie Questions - From 'C': This is the more imporatant section and I suggest that you prepare for this section throughly and come to this section straight away when you get the question paper. Huawei asks technical questions in this section only from  'core C programming concepts' The questions are little difficult but once you prepre for it from the right books they are very easy. Most of the students focus on the 'aptitude section' and miss the second - more important - half of the question paper. In my experience I feel that they give more weightage for 'C programming' than General Aptitude.

'Exploring C' and 'Let us C' are the books you need to crack this round. Prepare mainly from 'Exploring C'.
